Due to the nature of the product, no returns are facilitated. We do however have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange of a sealed product. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with labels , and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange, you can DM us on our instagram @evia_pk. Please note that returns will need to be coordinated for the address.
